Coaching Tips

Strategy

  • 3Toes-to-bar can be taxing; engage your core and use a kip if needed to manage your reps.
  • 4Keep goblet squats steady; aim to perform them unbroken while maintaining good depth.
  • 5Transition quickly between movements to maintain your heart rate; plan your space strategically.
  • 6For the overhead squats, stability is key; keep the core tight and ensure proper range of motion.
